DONT WANNA TUFT CUSTOM RUG OPTION
THIS OPTION IS FOR CUSTOMERS THAT DONT WANT TO TUFT THEIR OWN RUG!
Service Description
Upload an image and our team will turn it into a custom art piece. How it works: 1) CHOOSE A TIME (THIS FOR A CALL TO TALK ABOUT YOUR IMAGE) 2)Book this service and upload your reference image. 3) We’ll review your image and confirm any details (size/colors) if needed. 4) Our staff creates your piece. Turnaround & pickup: • Standard turnaround is 2 weeks from the date we confirm your image/details. • Pickup is available at our studio (you’ll be notified when it’s ready). What to upload: • Clear, high‑resolution image (JPG/PNG preferred). • If you have multiple references, combine them into one image or upload the main one and note the rest in your message. Notes: • Complex images may require additional time or an added fee (we’ll confirm before starting).
Cancellation Policy
1. For our tufting classes, the minimum age requirement is 11 years old. 2. Please arrive 5 minutes early. Instruction will start promptly to maximize tufting time. 3. If you are more than 30 minutes late, you will forfeit your class. 4. No refunds. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at wannatuftstudio@gmail.com How it works: - After booking, you will receive an email to confirm your design choice. - After you've finished your rug design in your class, you'll leave it with us to complete for you by shaving and applying the backing fabric. - We'll email you when your rug is finished and ready for pick it up if you're local (there is an option to have the rug shipped).
